Overview
This article explains why client logos may not always display in full size (as seen below) under the "Clients" tab on your portfolio and the limitations behind this behavior.
In the following example, the logos for Google and YouTube are displayed correctly. However, the logo of the Princeton Review does not appear in full size like the Google and YouTube logos.
Information
Sometimes, client logos may not display correctly under your portfolio's "Clients" tab. This can happen due to how logos are sourced from the URLs you've entered or those provided by your clients.
We can usually pull the logos in full size and correctly. However, in some situations, external factors—such as the structure of third-party URLs—may prevent logos from appearing as intended.
If you notice incorrect logos or client names in your portfolio, please contact our Support Team with the following details so we can assist you in updating them:
- Your portfolio link
- Client names to update to (and optionally, their URLs)
- Logos you'd like to replace with (or just let us know, and we can find them online)
Our team will be happy to make the necessary updates to ensure your portfolio reflects your work as accurately as possible.
